Frederick L. Schoew

Frederick L. Schoew, a resident of Huntington, West Virginia, donated money to build the Mountain Lake Swimming Pool in 1936. He was married to Lucretia Adelaide Gieske, and died in 1939, three years after his donation to Mountain Lake Biological Station. To honor his generous donation, Mountain Lake Biological Station named a cabin after him.
